What we're about

More than a clinic. A collective.

A collective approach to healthcare.

To us, healthcare is about more than a prescription or an appointment. It's a lifelong journey.

We recognise that no one healthcare professional can meet every need. That's why we've intentionally created this space to bring together a healthcare team who share the same values, so together we can provide more connected, compassionate care for our community.

As our community grows, so will we. We're starting with general practice, with pathology joining us soon and additional healthcare services to follow, making it easier to access a growing range of care, closer to home.

CareConnectionCommunity

Our care

Supporting your health, every step of the journey.

Healthcare needs change throughout life. That's why we're here for the everyday, the unexpected and everything in between. It's care that grows alongside you, whether you're booking a routine check-up, managing a long-term condition or welcoming a new baby.

  • General Practice

Your regular GP for the everyday. Check-ups, prescriptions, referrals and the health concerns you'd rather not put off.

  • Women's Health & Antenatal Care

Supporting women through every stage of life, from contraception and fertility to pregnancy, menopause and preventative care.

  • Children's Health

Caring for children from infancy through adolescence, including newborn checks, immunisations and everyday childhood illnesses.

  • Skin Checks

Thorough skin checks and early assessment of anything new or changing, giving you confidence and peace of mind.

  • Mental Health

A safe, supportive space to talk, with mental health care plans and ongoing care tailored to your needs.

  • Chronic Disease Management

Coordinated care for long-term health conditions, with personalised plans that fit your life, not the other way around.

On-site Pathology Services

Have your pathology collected in the same place you see your GP, making it easier to get the care you need without an extra trip.

A gentle note about telehealth: if you're new to our practice, you're very welcome to book your first appointment via telehealth, though it may not be eligible for a Medicare rebate and may need to be privately billed. Where possible, we recommend booking your first appointment with your GP face-to-face, as this helps make future telehealth appointments eligible for Medicare rebates. For more, see our FAQs.

Fees & billing

Trust begins with transparency.

If you have any questions about our fees, our friendly team is here to help, so you can make informed decisions with confidence.

  • Bulk-billed for children under 12

Our fees

See the full breakdown

Standard consultations are privately billed, with eligible patients able to claim a Medicare rebate. Our fee structure sets out every consultation fee, rebate and concession rate in one place.

Download fee structure PDF

Medicare rebates are current as at 1 July 2026 and may vary depending on the Medicare item claimed and your eligibility. Billing remains at the discretion of your GP and may be subject to change.

Can't find the fee you're looking for? Give us a call or drop us a message.

Private billing practice

We're a privately billing practice. Payment is made on the day of your appointment and can be made by cash, EFTPOS or credit card.

Medicare rebates

If you're eligible, we can process your Medicare rebate at the time of payment, with the rebate generally deposited directly into your nominated bank account by Medicare.

Cancellations and missed appointments

We understand that things don't always go to plan. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we just ask for at least 2 hours' notice so we can offer that appointment to another patient who may be waiting.

Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a $40 fee for standard appointments or $60 for long appointments, which helps us manage appointment availability fairly for all patients.

Pricing questions

How much will my appointment cost?
It depends on the type of appointment and your eligibility. Standard consultations are privately billed, with eligible patients able to claim a Medicare rebate that reduces your out-of-pocket cost. Children under 12 and eligible concession card holders are bulk-billed at no cost to you. You'll find every fee, rebate and concession rate in our fee structure (PDF).
What is a Medicare rebate, and how do I claim it?
A Medicare rebate is the portion of your consultation fee that Medicare pays back to you. For privately billed appointments you pay the full fee on the day and, where you're eligible, we can process your rebate on the spot straight to your bank account, so you're only ever out of pocket the gap.
What if I'm not eligible for Medicare?
Patients without a valid Medicare card are welcome and will be charged the full private consultation fee, with no rebate applied. If you're visiting from overseas or unsure about your eligibility, our reception team is happy to talk you through the cost before you book.
How and when do I pay?
Payment is made on the day of your appointment and can be made by cash, EFTPOS or credit card. If you're eligible, we can process your Medicare rebate at the same time, with the rebate generally deposited directly into your nominated bank account by Medicare.
Do you offer bulk billing or concession discounts?
Yes. We bulk-bill children under 12, Pension Concession Card holders and Commonwealth Seniors Health Card holders over 65, and offer discounted rates for WA Seniors Card holders over 60. Full details are in our fee structure (PDF).

Good to know

Questions, answered

Why do you call yourselves a collective?
To us, healthcare is about more than a prescription or an appointment. It's a lifelong journey. Throughout that journey, it's often the human connection, the trust you build, and knowing you're supported by people who genuinely care that make all the difference. From the moment you reach out, our aim is for you to feel welcomed, listened to and supported. We chose the name Medical Collective because we recognise that no one healthcare professional can meet every need, so we've intentionally created a space that brings together a team who share the same values. We're starting with general practice, with pathology joining us soon and additional services to follow, making it easier to access connected care, closer to home.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, our books are currently open for new patients. Get in touch to register as a new patient or request your first appointment, and our team will be in touch shortly.
Do you bulk bill?
We bulk-bill children under 12, Pension Concession Card holders and Commonwealth Seniors Health Card holders over 65, with discounts available for Seniors Card holders. Standard consultations are privately billed, with eligible patients able to claim a Medicare rebate. See Fees & billing above for the details.
Do you have a female GP?
Yes, we currently have a female GP available for appointments. If you'd prefer to see a female doctor, please let us know when booking. We'll do our best to accommodate your preference, subject to appointment availability and the urgency of your medical needs.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes, we offer telehealth appointments where appropriate. If you're new to our practice, we recommend considering a face-to-face appointment first: it gives you the chance to get to know your GP, build a trusted relationship, and generally makes you eligible for Medicare rebates on telehealth appointments over the following 12 months. Need a telehealth appointment sooner? No problem, you're welcome to book one at any time. Just keep in mind that if you haven't seen your GP in person within the last 12 months, your consultation will be privately billed, as Medicare rebates won't apply.
Do you offer after-hours care?
We're currently finalising our after-hours arrangements and will update this page as soon as they're available. If you require urgent medical attention, please call 000 or attend your nearest emergency department.

We acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the Traditional Owners of this country, and pay respect to their cultures, and to Elders both past and present.

We've intentionally created a practice where kindness, respect and compassion are at the heart of everything we do. We look forward to welcoming those who value the same.
